Additional fees may be assessed for large yards, excessive debris, or ground coverings (wood chippings, rocks, etc). Any additional fees will be address prior to work and billing – no surprises

One-Time Cleaning

We are offering a one-time cleanup flat rate of $50 for the first hour.
If there is excessive waste, we pro-rate the second hour at $10 per 1/4 hr. Maximum of $90 even if it takes us three hours.
